Help Desk Support Lead

General Position Summary:

Qualifications:  

  • Hands-On in large scale Information Systems.

  • Understanding of large scale systems building blocks (IT related degree).

  • Experience (3+ years) in supporting large scale Information Systems; Ability to provide support to users.

  • Management of Help-Desk:

  1. Ability to gather and classify user complaints.

  2. Ability to serve as focal point in this matter to back-office.

  3. Strong “Customer Relationship” skills, preferably someone with CRM experience

Knowledge:

  • Bachelors required, preferably IT

Residency Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • A valid US Passport is required

Travel Requirements:

  • This position is located internationally.  Must be willing to relocate or currently reside in UAE.
