Position Summary:
Qualifications:

Hands-On
in large scale Information Systems.

Understanding of large scale systems building blocks (IT
related degree).

Experience (3+ years) in supporting large scale Information
Systems; Ability to provide support to users.

Management of Help-Desk:

Ability
to gather and classify user complaints.

Ability
to serve as focal point in this matter to back-office.

Strong
“Customer Relationship” skills, preferably someone with CRM
experience
